In July 2026, I received my certification from The Jaguar Path, as a Shaman (Pampo Mesaiok Healer) from the lineage of Peru, which specializes in embodied energy healing and earth wisdom. Shamans work within the unseen world, tapping into energy fields to promote optimal physical, mental and emotional health for their clients. They study energy patterns and communicate with plants, animals, elements, and the spirit world, drawing from their wisdom to heal the body and the land. 

CORD-CUTTING - 30 minute session (Over Zoom or In-Person)

A cord-cutting is an energetic practice used to sever invisible emotional cords connecting you to a person, place, or past situation. It involves grounding, visualizing the connection, actively "cutting" it using a tool or visualization, and then cleansing your energy to promote healing and emotional freedom.  Afterwards, clients typically experience a profound sense of liberation, shedding emotional baggage, resentment, or habitual negative stories tied to the connection. By breaking these old attachments, you take back your personal power, allowing you to establish clearer boundaries and live in the present moment. Cord cutting does not mean the other person will physically disappear from your life, nor does it erase positive, loving memories. Rather, it serves as an emotional and spiritual "reset button," helping you address triggers and stop carrying the other person's burdens so you can move forward.
