Reiki is a gentle yet powerful, energy healing method that can be done in person or remotely over ZOOM.  Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice for relaxation, stress reduction, and promoting natural healing by channeling "universal life force energy" for things like balancing energy centers, decreasing anxiety and pain and support overall well-being.

Psychic Reiki integrates traditional Japanese Reiki energy healing with developing intuitive and psychic abilities, allowing practitioners to use their inner knowing, to direct life force energy for healing, often involving spirit guides or higher wisdom for deeper spiritual connection and clarity. Through this practice, I'm able to listen to your bodies needs, and voice it to you, bringing it into your consciousness mind.
